*Samples are produced by direct pressing from granules at a temperature of 165 °C in the press and a holding time of 15 minutes with intermediate pressing.
Processing Modes:
- Extrusion Temperature Profile: 80 – 105 – 107 – 108 – 109 – 110 – 113 – 115 – 118 – 120 °C
- Vulcanization Tube Temperature: 320 – 420 °C
Storage Conditions: It is recommended to store in a closed, dry room, avoiding direct sunlight at a temperature from 10 °C to 35 °C and humidity of 40-70%.
Shelf Life: 1 year from the production date.
Before processing, the material should be acclimatized in a warm room at a temperature of at least 10 °C for a minimum of 24 hours.
The material is packaged in corrugated octabins with a net weight of 750 kg (with a PE liner inside).
