*Samples are produced by direct pressing from granules at a temperature of 165 °C in the press and a holding time of 15 minutes with intermediate pressing.
Processing Modes (± 5 °C)::
- Extrusion temperature profile: 80 – 105 – 107 – 108 – 109 – 110 – 113 – 115 – 118 – 120 °C
- Vulcanization pipe temperature: 320 – 420 °C
Storage Conditions: It is recommended to store in a closed, dry room, avoiding direct sunlight. At a temperature between 10 °C and 35 °C and humidity of 40-70%.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture. The composition should be conditioned in a warm room at a temperature of not less than 10 °C for at least 24 hours. The material is packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes and net bags of 750 kg (with a PE liner inside).
