*Samples are made by direct pressing from granules at a temperature of the vulcanizing press plate of 165 °C and a holding time of 15 minutes.
Processing Modes:
- Drying (recommended): 35-40 °C
- Extrusion temperature profile (in °C): 60 – 80 – 90 – 100 – 105 – 110 – 115 °C
- Die head temperature: 112-115 °C
Storage Conditions: It is recommended to store in a closed, dry room away from direct sunlight at a temperature between 10 °C and 35 °C and humidity of 40-70%.
Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture. Before processing, the composition should be kept in a warm room at a temperature not lower than 10°C for at least 24 hours. Materials are packed in corrugated cardboard octabins with a net weight of up to 900 kg (PE liner inside).
