*The samples were made by direct pressing from pellets at a curing press plate temperature of 165 °C and a dwell time of 15 min.
Processing Modes:
- Drying (recommended): 60 °C
- Extrusion temperature profile: 75 – 85 – 95 – 105 – 110 – 115 – 120 °C
- Vulcanization pipe temperature: 310 – 420 °C
Storage conditions: it is recommended to store in a closed, dry room, avoiding direct sunlight at a temperature between 10 °C and 35 °C and humidity of 40-70%.
Storage Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture.
Before processing, the composition should be kept in a warm room at a temperature of at least 10 °C for a minimum of 24 hours. The material is packed in corrugated packaging octabins with a net weight of 750 kg (PE liner inside).
