*Samples are produced by direct pressing from granules at a press plate temperature of 165 °C and a holding duration of 15 minutes.
Processing Modes:
- Drying (recommended): 60 °C
- Extruder feed temperature (±5 °C): 75 – 85 – 95 – 105 – 110 – 115 – 120 °C
- Vulcanization tube temperature: 320 – 420 °C
Storage conditions: it is recommended to store in a closed, dry room, avoiding direct sunlight at a temperature from 10 °C to 35 °C and humidity 40-70%.
Shelf life: 1 year from production date. The composition specification must be kept in a warm room at a temperature of no lower than 10 °C for at least 24 h. The material is packed in corrugated octabins with a net weight of 900 kg (PE liner inside).
