A thermoplastic composition based on high-density polyethylene in the form of natural color granules with rheological characteristics similar to the peroxide-crosslinked composition IPTKT-35.
The recommended temperature profile for the extruder is similar to that of IPTK-35.
Due to the absence of a special floor, prolonged exposure of the material in the extruder and under heating, and at ambient temperature with reduced heating for extrusion is allowed.
It is recommended to store in a dry, closed room, avoiding direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, with a relative humidity of 40±20%: prior to processing, the composition should be kept for at least 24 hours in a heated production area at a temperature not lower than 10°C.
