EPC-NS (LP)
Description: A conductive composition with low specific volume resistivity and enhanced physical-mechanical characteristics compared to the standard grade EPC-NS.
Application: Carbon-filled conductive thermoplastic composition with a processing temperature range of 120-190 °C. It is recommended for processing by extrusion. It can be used for creating conductive polymer structures as well as shielding layers in cable products.

Processing Modes:
- Drying (recommended): 60-70 °C
- Extrusion temperature profile: 125 – 130 – 135 – 140 – 145 – 150 – 160 °C
Storage Conditions: It is recommended to store in a closed, dry space, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature between 10 °C and 35 °C and humidity of 40-70%.
Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture.
Before processing, the composition should be kept in a warm room at a temperature not lower than 10 °C for at least 24 hours. The material is packaged in corrugated cardboard octabins with a net weight of 900 kg (with a PE liner inside) or in 25 kg bags.
