Thermoplastic flame-retardant halogen-free compound for cable sheaths
Description
Description: black cable compound that is UV resistant, halogen-free, and has low smoke emission.
Application: recommended for use as insulation for power, telecommunications, and special cables. The allowable operating temperature is not lower than -60°C, and installation must be done at temperatures not lower than -35°C.

Maximum melt temperature: not more than 190 °C (provided that the moisture content in the composition does not exceed 0.2%. If exceeded, drying is mandatory).
The product is supplied in granule form. It can be packed in corrugated cardboard octabins, soft containers like "big bags". Undamaged packaging ensures the preservation of the material for 12 months when stored at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C and a relative air humidity of 40 – 70%. Before processing the composition, it is recommended to dry at 60°C for 20-50 minutes. Regular periodic cleaning of the material supply system is recommended.
